• Parent name and contact info

• Baby name, birthdate, milestones

• Baby tracking data (e.g. sleep, feeding, growth)

• Photos and written notes

• Order and payment details (processed via secure third-party services)

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to create your custom book. We never sell or share your personal information.

• Charts and visuals are generated using only the data you provide

• We do not use your data for marketing, research, or AI training

• Once your book is finalized, all baby-specific data is permanently deleted within 72 hours

How We Protect Your Data

We take your trust seriously:

• Files are stored temporarily in encrypted, secure locations

• Access is limited to Nurtured Numbers personnel working on your book

• No long-term storage or reuse of your baby’s data

• Photos and files are only retained as needed to complete your order

Your Choices

You’re in control. You can:

• Request deletion of your data anytime before your book is finalized

• Ask for a copy of the data used

• Reach out with any concerns

We use Squarespace for our website and Blurb for printing. These services have their own privacy protections and receive only what’s needed to complete your order.
